Beforeは、通常、時間について言うときに使う。しかし、場所について言うこともある。
a 列やリストや書類の純場について話すとき。
Do you mind? I was before / in front of you!
「ちょっといいですかね?私、あなたの前にいたんですけど!」
Her name comes before mine in the alphabet.
